FREE WEBSITES FOR MC RACING TEAMS!
Midwestern Council members can have a racing team website on the MC server at no cost.
Show photos of your car, your crew, yourself. You supply the photos and copy, we do the rest.
Be aware that the sites will not be flashing multi-page interactive extravaganzas. They'll be pretty much your pictures and copy on a color background. But they are still neat things to show your friends, prospective sponsors and the guys at work.
You need to supply:
Up to three photos. These can be either color prints that I can scan (SSAE for return) or .jpg or .gif files. Picture files should be limited to 50-60k, or they plug up my country copper phone line. 72dpi 4x5 or 5x7 is good. Best is to send each picture attached to a separate e-mail at 10-15 minute intervals.
Copy you want shown. Team name, location, crew, sponsors, racing history. Must be in digital form- Word or text file, or in the body of an e-mail.

(Putting my actual e-address on my websites, before I knew better, results in 300-400 e-mails a day. 10-15 are actually of interest, so I use some very aggressive spam filters.)
